“After a period of recessionary budget cuts, more than twice the number
of global companies are planning to replace their HRIS system than were
a year ago,” according to a recent research report by Bersin by Deloitte.
The reasons for this decision, Bersin claims, were remarkably consistent:
organizations sought to improve their users’ experience, recognizing
that new, better, faster technologies are available in the market today.
Companies are replacing internally developed solutions and heavily customized
environments, often seeking Cloud alternatives instead.
