Learning! 100 Award Call for Applications Now Open

Elearning! Media Group, publishers of Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines, announced the call for applications today for the Learning! 100 Award program.  The Learning! 100 Award will recognize up to 100 organizations for their best-in-class learning and development programs, embraced by an integrated learning culture that creates outstanding organizational performance. This research-based program will honor organizations of all sizes, both non-profit and for-profit.  Applications can be submitted now by clicking here.

The Learning! 100 Award program has a solid research-based approach that offers firms a level playing field despite size, and post-awards learning opportunities to improve firm rankings in subsequent years. The Learning! 100 applicants will be evaluated across three criterion; Aberdeen Group’s Best-in-Class Learning & Development assessment, EMG’s Learning Culture index and overall organizational performance.  Each submission will receive a rating for each section, and scores will be totaled to determine the Learning! 100.

“Our goal is to host an awards program that honors excellence, and also offers participants the opportunity to improve their organizations going forward. This is why we partnered with Aberdeen Group as our research partner,” reports Catherine Upton, Group Publisher, Elearning! Media Group.

“Aberdeen’s research is all about understanding what drives organizational performance, and the power to capture and transfer knowledge, and deliver learning in new ways is one of the keys to unlocking that success,” said Mollie Lombardi, Senior Research Analyst, Human Capital Management, Aberdeen Group.  “We’re pleased to bring our unique research methodology for defining Best-in-Class learning performance to the Learning! 100 Award program.”

Elearning! Media Group will honor the Learning! 100 and their programs at the Enterprise Learning! Summit DC on March 22, 2011. Winners will also be featured in the May/June 2011 edition of Elearning! Magazine as well as a series of articles and Web seminars hosted by Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines and research partner, Aberdeen Group.

 The Learning Continues

The learning continues after the winners are announced. EMG and the Aberdeen Group will report scores and rankings to each applying organization, as well as profiles and rankings of winning organizations.
