In Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines’ Learning (LMS) and Talent Management (TMS) Systems Buyer Survey, 41% of executives reportedly plan to add, change or replace their current LMS and 50% plan to acquire a TMS. Executives expect to invest more than $590,400 on the system(s). On average, respondents manage an enterprise learning budget exceeding $7.75 million annually, almost twice that of 2010’s survey.  This study of 145 respondents summarizes the results of the survey and provides a perspective on brand and product awareness, buyer satisfaction, ‘must have’ features and a profile of new LMS and TMS buyers. Insight into the decision-making process as well as who owns the learning and talent management system is confirmed.
