Coleman analyzes the finding from the 28-question survey on Social Collaboration across four different audiences: general US enterprises (1000+ employees), IT managers in US enterprises,  E-learning professionals across public and private sectors, and Finnish enterprise population.

Discover how collaboration tools are used in today’s enterprises, which critical business processes are leveraged, who leads the decision-making, the features used for social networks, population comparisons, enterprise distinctions and implications of the findings.  Four additional resources are appended addressing generational differences, organization size and structure impact, and common mistakes.
