In Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines' Learning (LMS) and Talent Management (TMS) Systems Buyer Survey, 35% of all respondents plan to add, change or replace an LMS. Executives expect to invest an average of $968,500 on their new TMS or LMS, up from $818,466 from 2013, an 18% increase.
This study of 318 respondents from corporate, government, education and non-profit organizations are summarized here and provides a perspective on brand and product awareness, buyer satisfaction, ‘must have’ features and a profile of new LMS and TMS buyers. Insight into the decision-making process will also be reviewed.
