SWBC, a leading financial services provider, has switched to the eSSential Learning Management System (LMS) as a result of eLogic Learning’s customer-focused approach and advanced functionality.
LMS enhancements suggested by SWBC have been developed and deployed by eLogic to help automate SWBC’s information security training process. New SWBC employees must complete mandatory information security training within 30 days of hire. The eSSential LMS automatically recognizes new users and registers them for the course, while previously new users had to be manually registered. Automating this process has saved the SWBC training department valuable time and created greater assurance of compliance. Since implementing the mandatory training, SWBC has been able to prove its impact on reduced information security risk using reports in the eSSential LMS.
