Oracle’s new category of apps called Work Life Solutions offers sophisticated, multi-factor analysis of an individual’s social profile, graph, activities and content. The eventual plan is to include the big public networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, et al), but it’s no surprise early adopting HR departments are limiting it to internal networks like Jive, Oracle Social Network and others.
