The top business drivers for Web conferencing have always been to save on travel budgets and to increase trainers’ reach. However, 38 percent of respondents indicated training virtually created new training opportunities that were not possible prior to moving to web conferencing platforms. The survey, conducted by 1080 Group, studied 437 professionals in Sept. 2009.
