McDonald’s Germany has commissioned I.M.C. AG’s New Media Team to provide additional modules for training shift supervisors and a brand-new product for assistant managers. The e-learning modules have been developed as part of a new training concept with digital learning. They enable McDonald’s Germany to train its staff using interesting state-ofthe-art methods, which can be used in any location, at any time.
