ITinvolve-Denton, Tex.

The City of Denton, (Tex.) has selected ITinvolve to help manage its IT assets. Denton chose both ITinvolve for Social Knowledge Management and ITinvolve for Change Management to improve asset management and help understand the impact of changes in its I.T. environment.

ITinvolve was selected because it is cloud-based and is a single, federated source of tracking the policies and knowledge of the relationships and dependencies between physical assets. City administrators believe that ITinvolve will help their I.T. staff improve the change management process and help visualize and understand the potential risks associated with making I.T. changes.
