Metersbonwe has selected the NetDimensions Talent Suite to support its talent management strategy.
Metersbonwe, mainland China’s largest casual wear company, has been rapidly growing its business since it was established in 1995. To cope with this rapid expansion, Metersbonwe needed an integrated solution that would address its 20,000 employees’ increasing training and talent management requirements.
Metersbonwe has divided its talent management strategy into three stages, starting with online learning and exams for all of its employees at directly operated chain stores and subsidiaries.
The second stage will target the company’s training managers at headquarters and regional training centers, focusing on optimizing blended training strategies.
Finally, the company will set up a competency model that matches talent development programs with learning resources to help develop HR and business training personnel.
