Call of Duty, Crazy Taxi, Guitar Hero. Some would say games have been training us for decades. Garnter reports that 50% of companies will deploy gamification at work by 2015, and Markets & Markets claims it will reach $5.5 billion by 2018.  ASTD’s newly released “Playing to Win: Gamification” study reveals only one in four members are using gamificiation for learning.  And, 37% rate gamification as highly effective.  Access the complete report at:www.astd.org .
