Bersin & Associates and Elearning! Magazine co-host the annual Learning Leaders Awards program. Launched in 2006, the Learning Leaders Program is a research-driven program designed to identify and recognize organizations which have developed and executed learning and development efficiently and with significant business improvements. Bersin & Associates selects up to three Learning Leaders from each category. Bersin & Associates also identifies Honorable Mentions to recognize up and coming training organizations which demonstrate much of the criteria for learning leadership.  These honorees are announced in the January edition of Elearning! Magazine, and featured in Elearning! Summit's Best Practices Sessions  and at IMPACT event.
