High Plains Library District Selects Learn.com to Make Continuing Education and Training Available to All Employees

Learn.com® announced High Plains Library District, a  community focused library system with multiple locations in Colorado, has selected the Learn.com LearnCenter® Platform to deliver online training and performance management to employees throughout the organization.

High Plains Library District will utilize the LearnCenter platform to integrate learning and training into everyday work routines. The organization will offer online courses in soft skills and desktop applications as well as conduct online performance management and development for employees. The organization will also streamline the new employee training process by incorporating orientation, intellectual freedom and copyright training into the course curriculum.
