Learning & Talent Systems Buyers Study 2013

In Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines’ Learning (LMS) and Talent Management (TMS) Systems Buyer Survey, 35% of all respondents plan to add, change or replace an LMS or TMS. Executives expect to invest an average of $818,466 on their new system(s), up from $439,000 from 2012, an 86% increase.

This study of 243 respondents summarizes the results of the survey and provides a perspective on brand and product awareness, buyer satisfaction, ‘must have’ features and a profile of new LMS and TMS buyers. Insight into the decision-making process will also be reviewed.
