Company Celebrates 20th

With his proven People Resource Planning theory as the foundation, Joseph F. Ellis founded TEDS Inc. and launched the first Learning Management System (LMS) in 1989. The TEDS system was soon in use around the globe by world-class companies in diverse lines of business.

His quest for a solution to address the impact of change and its effect on the workforce eventually led to the first fully-integrated Talent Management System, TEDS.
