Saba appoints Lundy VP and Russel to Board of Directors

Saba has appointed Jim Lundy to the newly created position of vice president and
general manager of Collaboration. Lundy will help extend Saba’s people management leadership position through collaborative technologies and social networking solutions that align with business demands in today’s rapidly changing workforce environments. Also, Bill Russell has been appointed to Saba’s
Board of Directors. He brings more than 30 years in enterprise technology experience and expertise to the Saba Board, having held several prestigious board positions at
both public and private companies over the last nine years including Cognos, web Methods, and other Global 2000 organizations.
